Default 2002 Savannah 3500 5.7 water in fuel

Van was near empty and parked on an incline and would not start. Employee decided because of incline and low fuel level it wasn't getting fuel to pump, so topped it off with five gallons from a can. Still wouldn't start, towed it back to shop. Decided to change the fuel filter and noticed something funny about the fuel; it's almost solid water! The can he poured in was water, not gas. Opened tank by removing fuel pump and drained out everything. Refilled with 5 gallons of gas. Changed fuel filter. Bled water out of fuel rail at pressure test port. Van still won't run. Will run if I dribble gas into the air cleaner at the vacuum gage, but dies as soon as I stop dribbling gas in.

Are the injectors ruined? Do I need to just keep it running for long enough the remaining water works itself out? I've run it for ~60 seconds and cranked it much more, probably 5 minutes total so far.

I'd suggest the water will work itself out, but it might take a little time

How long? I've had it idling for 20 minutes off a drip I set up from a gas can, still dies when I take the gas away. Wondering how much effort I'm going to throw at this.
