Hi all,
I just purchased a 2006 Express 3500 cargo and am trying to go thru all the little issues it has. One that i could use some help with is that it has power locks that do not work right. they all will lock from the door switches but nothing will unlock. I swapped the relays under the seat around with the one the I knew worked and it made no difference. I checked the fuse for the door locks and it is good. Looking thru the owners manual I just got for it, it appears there might be multiple fuses? ANybody run into this particular issue and know what to look for?

maybe the switch just needs cleaning

 

That sounds like a lockout control of some sort. Is there anything in the manual about that?
