Thank you for this! I haven’t been able to find this info anywhere. I will continue to try to test when I have time. If in the event that the PCB is not providing power. Should I search for a replacement?

I guess but it’s unlikely.

did you try testing the horn itself?

I have bench tested the horn. It does work.

Which of these wires can I test or jump out to see if the horn will trigger?

this connector is on the back end of the clock spring on the steering wheel
