2010 3500 sliding door rollers

2010 3500 sliding door rollers
Has anyone ever replaced the rollers on the sliding door? My roller has a flat spot so the door bounces as it is opened or closed. Since this isn't a warranty item I have to do the work myself. Any suggestions from the experts or experienced? A step-by-step description would be nice.
