I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Express 1500 cargo with AWD with a 5.3 engine and basicly all options EXCEPT cruise control.I didn't realize this until after I purchased it...Does anyone know if I can still get the cruise control added or not???


Other question I have is are there full size OEM mirrors (drivers & passinger) available with power and heat? I asked at the dealership and the parts guy couldn't figure out how to find them. I don't like the split mirrors that come on the van,too restrictive and I can't see very well out of them...

 

Yes, you can add cruise control after the fact.

I took my Express to Car Wonders in Palatine Illinois.

They installed power locks and cruise control.

The cruise control looks and operates just like the OEM unit.

I would think these mirrors would bolt in. Double check on the hole pattern though.
