Help! We are at a loss and are hoping someone has maybe encountered this issue before. This van has a wicked / scary pull to the right when applying brakes at a high rate of speed, but only after brakes have heated up. We have already done the following, and sometimes twice to be safe, and this still eludes us. We have changed front and rear pads / rotors /calipers, we have changed all four brake flex hoses, we have done multiple alignments, multiple rotations and a new set of tires, an ABS pump, a right front wheel bearing, replaced pitman arm, idler arm and bracket, inner and outer tie rods. Replace all four shocks and ground strap. Rear leaf springs are not broken or saggy, front control arm bushings all intact with no play, frame is not bent.....what are we missing? Again wicked pull to the right when hard braking from highway speeds, but only after brakes heat up....

Maybe if you go for a drive to get things nice and hot, and then quickly jack up the vehicle and test the brakes, you will at least be able to tell which wheel is dragging.

I wonder if the rear brake lines are failing, and it's only detectable when the suspension is compressed.

yes. The rear ones are more exposed and tend to deteriorate faster.

Not sure. But if there's a kink or internal blockage then it might not show from the outside.
