Hi guys , im trying to remove my ground wire to replace it . the ground wire is one continuous wired connection in series, which goes thru a battery current sensor before attaching to battery . im having a hard time accessing one particular bolt on the motor its very hard to get to and i cant figure out how to access . the reason why i don't just run a different wire is because the current sensor will not be able to read and gauge if it not going the the battery current sensor
current sensor .
Can you just replace the bad section of wire instead of replacing the whole cable?
hey thanks for the answer, yes if it was a section that would have worked. however i didnt explain why I was upgrading the wiring system because I'm running lots of amps on my van (aftermarket radio and amplifier, extra lights and a few gadgets), so I ended up running 3 separate ground lines in addition to the factory and ran it to the motor. because of the batter current sensor, i used a bus bar to combine all neg to go thru the current sensor (2017 van) and to the battery
