Exclamation 95 g20 van Turn Signal Issues (wiring diagram)

My issue is that my turn signals do not work at all while my hazard lights work fine. I have checked all fuses, changed flasher module under the dash and even changed the turn signal switch under the steering wheel. So my next guess is that the wiring harness must be damaged at some point which is entirely possible considering the literal rats nest that I'm working with. I have been trying to find a free service manual online but can't seem to find one that is for my exact year. I know that once I get my hands on the manual with the wiring diagrams I should be able to figure it out. Can anyone help?

Haynes manuals have pretty good diagrams. The library should have access to service manual data too.
