Hello, we just purchased a 2022 Chevy express 3500 extended ls passenger van. Was a previous rental van, and we have a large, still growing family. Suburban’s aren’t big enough anymore. Dealership had a 2nd key cut for me and they told me it showed having 2 remotes stored but it only came with 1 key. I ordered 2 oem remotes and tried to use an Icon T8 to program them but received an error stating it couldn’t do it. I took it to dealership and after about hour they told me same thing. Has anyone ever had this and if so what was your resolution to it?
