Hello all, have a question here. Just got a 04 tahoe lt and went to get a second key and another remote. When the person at the key place tried to program the new one I was told all spots were taken for remotes.

I stopped by local dealer and tried to have a couple spots cleared in the control module. They trIed the snap on and tec2 scan tools and couldn't find the keyless entry remote section in either tool.

How can this issue be resolved, any In sight on this would be great. Thanks.

 

Try another dealer who has updated scan tools.
