Hello all, have a question . Just got a 04 tahoe lt which has the factory rear seat entertainment center. Vehicle has had a aftermarket radio install and original was a 6 disc radio.

I have tried 20 different discs and get the disc format error on all, what would cause this? All are original discs. Also dont have the headphones or remote If it came with one. Any help would be appreciated Thanks.
