Hi there, I just purchased a 2003 GMC Savana Conversion van and need to do brake job front & rear. In my other vehicles I always used Bendix semi metallic with excellent results, but they were cars and medium size SUVs.
Need to be heavy duty for these type of vehicle?
I'm going to use it for camping trips, so rig will be loaded...
I ve seen Hawk Performance has several options, also checked Napa has a severe duty pads for the FRT and RR.
What can you suggest?

Don't get pulled in by brands and fancy terms. Any name brand semi metallic will do. I would get what's on sale.
I use oe spec by wagner, and they are basically oem replacement.

 

Thanks! I purchased semi metallic pads (RR) from autozone Duralast Max part# DGC974AM they say for heavy duty. Will post results soon.
