You are aware that I'm an old fart of 61, and need strong glasses to see that small.

I thought I'd answer your question in your thread. No, I cannot see the trailer hitch with my B/U cam.

Yeah I figured when I got HOME.. from our dinner engagement
I would actually ASK it in on my thread... LOL.....
so for the ones that dont know what STAN is talking about
I had asked him in another thread if he could see with his back up
camera the hitch ( BALL ) and the tongue of the trailer to align it.
and the other thread was actually talking about the back up camera
that is in the door were the handle is located... so the next question would be
is for that person that actually has that type of back up camera on their van
DO YOU SEE THE HITCH ( BALL ) and the tongue of the trailer with that
style of back up camera...??????
I dont think that I intended on taking over some ones thread by asking
a question ,,,,

Well, it may be the vodka talking, but I doubt the factory cam location will "see" a hitch. You had me there for a while, having not tried it since I got my brake light cam. Now, having tried it, I'll go back to my original idea of mounting a cam off to the side of my hitch.

For me... what I am most interested in would be for me to see the
Hitch ( ball ) and the Tongue of the trailer come into sight so I know
I am backing up to it correctly ..... I am tired of getting out and back
in inching the vehicle one way or another...so that I can connect to 1
of the 5 trailers I own.... Just seems to me that would be one of the
main purposes for a BACK UP CAMERA....to back up to a trailer without
assistance from someone else .... in a short amount of time ....
