Hey every one... I had a big plans yesturday after work to drive the Van to Tennessee ...
all was going well until I jumped into the Van and started it... it went to HIGH RPMS
right away.... I turned off the engine right away...waited and started it again...
went Right to HIGH RPMS again.... I noticed NO check engine light... but the RPMS
were around 2600
Needless to say I didnt drive the van .... ( it was raining yesturday and I had no time )
I started looking on the internet... and came across this guy doing his own You Tube
video....
Has anyone had this issue?

I hate it when someone mis-uses the (made up) word "stealership". Because that implies they were out to take someone on purpose, and 99% of the time, they're just stoopid and "assume" they know what's wrong. Good mechanics properly diagnose a problem. Clearly, this guy has one of those dealers that need proper mechanics. And while this guy knows enough to fix it, he does throw around the technical terms, "that thing" and "that".

But thankfully he made the video, so you can check the wiring to the throttle position sensor, and idle air controller.
