I'm bumping this thread as I am experiencing the same problem. The battery was completely dead and when I try to charge it I heard the blower but it was on/off as the battery charge was overloading. I just remove the 60 amp fuse just to let the battery charge but it will need to find the problem anytime soon.

That is odd. It should not have power. Is there a relay that is stuck?

I checked online and the resistor is stuck, and it needs replacing.

Thank for your advise I will look that tomorrow. I will put back the fuse and unplug the blower resistor. At least it not too expensive and it and easy job to do.

I change the blower resistor. Took me 15 minutes to do because I had to modified the hole as they change the part design and now everything work fine.
