Default bogs down and sets code po134

2000 chevy express 3500 5.7 has had an issue with it bogging down after it is warmed up runs for a while. I stop re start it then it happens. now I have a hard code of po134 oxygen sensor is this the problem or is something else setting the code? I believe there are 2 o2 sensors. Thanks for the feedback.

It should have told you which 02 sensor was the problem . That could be your problem .

The p0134 code has indicated bank 1 sensor 1 I thought all the o2 sensors had the same code so was confused with that. Different code for different location. Thanks.
