Default Brake judder

HI I have 2015 express cargo van with brake judder that that reoccurs around 7,000 - 9,000 miles after new rotors have been installed
Over the years of OEM rotors and aftermarket rotors and new pads and bearings etc. this problem occurs at a semi regular intervals
The rotors do not get warped and are within speck or very close to speck that if nothing else was going on you would say they are fine
The judder starts out very minor and progresses to really bad over time.
Front end components look good.
I am not a mechanic and have a garage I have been using for 20+ years He has been good to me not always charging for the work on the breaks

An incite would be appreciated

is the vibration coming from the seat, steering wheel or brake pedal?

HI
I would say the vibration seems to transmit mostly to the steering wheel and gets worse as time does on.
Thanks for asking the question I will pay more attention tomorrow when iam out to see what I feel on the brake peddle
