Default Brake pedal height adjustment?

I have a 2015 express van. Is the height of the brake pedal adjustable? Mine is 3 inches higher than the accelerator, and I think that's unsafe. I'm often hooking the sole of my shoe on the edge of the pedal when I try to switch from gas to brake.

I don't believe so. Yeah, I catch the brake pedal, gas to brake, with my 15 Malibu, a lot as I have large feet, and they are close together

me too. this is just how vans are with the pedals crowded next to the engine. You'll get used to it.

Thanks, ad you surmised I haven't had it long. Having to lift my foot so far really tires my leg out in stop & go traffic, but hopefully I'll adjust somehow.

I was only planning on keeping it for about two years to meet an immediate need for cargo moving, this may hasten the trade in. I never expected it to be real comfortable, but if its unadjustable this seems like regrettable design.

Maybe I can get something to build up the gas pedal, like an assist for really short people.
