A/C Relay Burns Up
My 1993 G20 Air Conditioning relay burns up. I replace it, A/C works fine until it burns up. I replace it and and it burns up. I replaced the connector to the relay. Did not fix it. How can I figure out the problem.

find out what's causing it to burn up.
Is it passing too much current? Is it doing too much switching?
Open up the failed relay. Does the coil burn out, or the contacts?

Thank you for responding. I'm a plug and play kind of guy. Electrical is confusing. Too much current would have to have a source which could mean another part replacement. I will take apart the relay and follow your suggestion. Thank you.
