Default Cargo door seals (weatherstrip) for 96 - 02

I would like to replace the side cargo door seals on my 2000 3500 but not able to find part numbers online for the 1996 - 2002 models. Since the side cargo doors (hinged) seem to be the same part number from 96 - 01, I'm thinking the seals would also be the same. Is this correct? GM part number 15821952 is an example of a part that shows compatibility for 2010-2021 years and seems to look the same as what's on my 2000. This part has a molded end and also built-in clips for the lower section. Attaching pictures showing the seals on my van.

"n" shaped seal for entire side opening. Has molded ends attached.

Easy enough to find the part number (#3)

However, it is discontinued.

I’ve been in the same boat, trying to find the right seals for my own van. I believe you’re on the right track about the part numbers for those years being similar, especially since the cargo doors are the same. I’ve seen the GM part number you mentioned online too, and it looks like it could fit your 2000 model based on my experience with similar parts for my vehicle.

If you're having trouble sourcing the exact seal, have you considered checking out companies like Mantaline? I recently used them for some custom seals in a restoration project and was really impressed by their service and quality. They specialize in extruded elastomeric profiles, so they might be able to provide a perfect fit if you need a customized solution.
