Chevy Express 3500 4.8l to 6.0

I’m curious if a Chevy Express 4.8l is able to swap for a 6.0l? Are they compatible?

I believe this should be a bolt-in swap, but you may need the ECU to make it run right.

As to the trans swap, that could be an issue if the plug is different, it would require changing both the ECU and the harness to the transmission, if that is a separate part and can be changed.
