Lurking for advice on taping 92 chevy 3/4 ton g20van 5.7 fuel voltage regulator onto a 91 gmc 5.7 1/2 ton vandura 1500 ecm wireing harness,which is not taped in under the under the drivers seat like it is on the 92, Thanks!

What's a fuel voltage regulator?

There are some changes from 1991 to 1992, IIRC they go to the 4L60E and 4L80E computer controlled transmission, whether they'd affect whatever the part is you're referring to I'm not sure, I would use a site like Rock Auto to cross reference the part interchange. If it's the same part then it probably makes no difference where it actually is on the van. But you probably should put it where ever it is on the 1991 if that's the one you're repairing.
