Hi Frank I have checked all over the UK. OBD 1 is very expensive.
the paper clip method seems to be the best way.
If you check EBAY .COM you can buy a GM OBD 1reader, but the cost for shipping is expensive.

The factory GM tool for those OBD-I vehicles is called Vetronix Tech 1. It's old, but still not cheap.
