Default Coolant Low Message

I have been getting a low coolant message in my 2016 Chevy Express 3500 Diesel van. I looked on the internet and it sounded like a faulty sensor in the coolant reservoir. I replaced the reservoir and started the van up and THE MESSAGE IS STILL THERE 😡. First... does the message stay in the system for a while, and might go away after it registers the issue is fixed? Second... I am reading about bleeding or burping the system. I didn't do that, could that be the issue? Third... is there another sensor somewhere else that could be throwing this message?

Thanks in advance.

Was your coolant wve actually low? Did you drain and fill and not get the system bled out? Maybe it's the connection from the wiring harness to the sensor that's got an issue....
