Default crank no start issue

hey guys I got I 93 Chevy v8 van here been working on getting it started for about 3 yrs
I've put a brand new ignition system and fuel system in it still no start I'm getting spark I've replaced the following parts

starter
battery cables
tbi
fuel pump/strainer
fuel sending unit
ignition coil
distributor cap &rotor
spark plug wires
spark plugs
map sensor

any ideas would be helpful I'm just stumped here

Is it have a check engine light? What color is the spark?

yes check engine light is on. spark is good bright white color. thinking maybe a sensor ecm? pcm ?

ya its low on compression in some cylinders but no total loss of compression. You think low compression could keep it from starting though?

Is the fuel pressure good? Will it start with a shot of starting fluid?

A severe lack of compression might suggest, among other things, a broken timing chain.

That will eliminate it to the fuel system, you really need to determine what the check engine code is
