you can buy the steering wheel already set up for around $160,not sure if you have to change the steering column harness.im assuming yes .gm parts direct i believe sells the harness.

Seems like a Lot if work , I thought about putting Cruise control on my 2018 but Now I don't think I wouldn't be able to do all of this.
