Front springs and death wobble...

yes, it is important. trying to diagnose a vehicle over the internet with the wrong description is a guessing game. the front suspension is entirely different. 1500's have coils.
good luck with that.

I was legitimately trying to help you fix this. The 1500's have 3 leaf springs in the rear. They are prone to breaking when overloaded. This will change the ride height of the diagonally opposed wheel.
To bad you had to be a db about it.

Never seen one for this generation. Working for a chevy dealer; I've seen my share. I never be one to say I've seen it all but Check service information; it shows torsion bars. Napa doesn't show a parts lists for coils, only tb.
You got pics of a 2011, 1ton g van with front coils do you?

Strange. My 2002 2500 has coils. But I have never looked or noticed whether the newer vans switched to torsion bars. I thought the TB were only used on 4wd trucks or maybe the 1/2 ton vans with awd to make room for the front driveshafts....

I had an upper ball joint go really loose and when coasting it would rattle the front wheel.....I don't know about 50 mph though.....Usually a high speed wobble is tire balancing. I am with the above post about checking the whole front end for wear, and the wheels for balance too....
