Default Fuel line replacement

I need to replace the fuel line on a 2001 Savana 2500 5.0 liter van. This is the line from the fuel pump tp the filter. I can't find any vendor who carries it. Rock auto carries the set for a 155" van, but not for the 135" one. Can I just make this or are they preformed to conform to the route between the pump and the filter.
The current ones are plastic. Can I switch over to another material and still connect to where I need to? Concerned about the connector compatibility.

Thanks
Ron

Amazon Amazon

this is what a shop would use to make new lines. you buy the quick connect fittings and the tool pushes them into the bulk plastic line. a less better and more expensive method if the fuel pressure is around 45psi and lower; you can use rubber fuel line and fuel line hose clamps.

you can also buy plastic to plastic, metal to plastic and metal to metal unions to join mixed materials

I need to get under the van to check for clearances. As I remember the space is tight. I'm thinking of getting a nylon kit and use internal couplings so the tightness of space wouldn't be an issue. Looked at a few videos after posting and did some research online as to what was available.
Thanks for the info.
