might as well replace it at that point. I was also looking at the procedure and it requires two passes with a torque wrench and backing off by 180 degrees and witnessing the final torque at second pass. This seems tough. My brand new water pump pulley also wobbles like crazy. I wonder if an out of balance fan is causing this.
