Exclamation HVAC Blower Motor issue

Yesterday my heater stopped blowing, BUT heat comes from there, I thought that the problem was in the heater and replaced it, after that the new heater started working BUT after the second start of the engine they stopped blowing again and then I realized that the problem was not in the heater, now, I take out the heater connector and put it back in again and the heater works only the first time it starts, the second time it doesn’t work, tell me what the problem could be

Confirmed Fan works. Replaced the relay at #40
Are there other fuses at location other than box driver side of engine compartment?
