Default instruments do not work

I pushed two wires from the cabin side to the engine side through the large wire bundle rubber grommets for a rear camera power. They work just fine but now the instruments do not work. The other lights on the instrument panel works such as check engine light and turn signals but nothing else. Anyone know which colored wires control the gauges and the other indicator lights? I checked the connector on the back of the instrument cluster and it is seated just fine. Is there a giant plug between the engine compartment and the cabin that sits inside the big rubber grommets where the big bundle goes? I do not want to unwrap and pull all that wiring apart. Seems like there must be a connector just for the instrument gauges that might have gotten pulled loose but am not sure where it might be if it exists.

yes there's a bulkhead connector. You should be able to see it under the hood

Ok but all I can see is a larger rubber boot that is round with a big cable of wires going through it and on the under dash side the same thing. No connector between the two. I was able to push a plastic tube through from one side to the other and then pushed wires through the tube. I am thinking tonight that maybe there is a fuse blown in the fuse block that is in the kick panel inside the cab. Any other ideas?

It is an express 3500 chassis with the large V8 used as a basis for a 29 ft class C RV. Sorry. I thought the section this was placed under told the type etc.
Nothing about the RV changes the basic Van.

I said the connector was under the hood. It's at the bottom of the engine compartment, driver's side, around the front of the wheel well. It's unlikely you dislodged it, but you may have damaged some wires.

Thanks...what is weird is that the check engine light shows when you turn the key to on. According to my Haynes manual that is a separate line directly to the PCM.All the other indicators, airbag, seat belt, traction, abs, battery, oil, fuel, cruise, brake, security, tow/haul, high beam, check gages. They all are tied together with a common ground. Those are the indicator lights. All the gauges are dead too. It shows a data link connector going to the instrument cluster. I am wondering if the PCM could be controlling all of them. I am thinking of disconnecting the negative battery cable for 5 minutes to see if resetting the module will fix this. It is a very specific bug.

I wish would state the problem clearly. Can you please clarify...

All gauges do NOT WORK.
Check engine light WORKS
Turn signal indicators WORK
All other indicator lights do NOT WORK.

Is that correct?
