Can anyone tell me or show me on a diagram where the key buzzer is located on a 2001 Chevrolet Express van? This is the one that buzzes when the key is in the ignition and the door is opened. Mine quite working and I want to replace it but can not find it. Thanks.

 

Its been a while since I've done it on a van that old, but I'm pretty sure its just to the drivers side of the center console under the dash. the dash face may need to be removed to access it. It was just one plug and two 8 ml bolts I believe. If it were me though id leave it not working and enjoy the peace and quite.
