There is a door stop on the inside of the hinging area of the doors. I do not remove mine, as much as I would like to, for fear of damaging the doors as they swing too far.

You don't have to remove them. The stop strap pulls out to allow the doors to open more. At about half way to open, pull the strap out and viola!

Ah... thanks for the tip.

I am still scared of banging doors so.. maybe one day I'll need them open.. look and then remember: he told me to do this, let's try it! Thanks.

There are stops built in to the hinges. My Astro had little rubber thingys (Technical term) to help. I just am careful. Depending on where gravity is (F or R), I use a bungee to hold it open.

Are we talking about the side cargo doors, or driver/passenger?

Yes, the side doors. The rear doors go full wing without any help.

I may have forgotten to add, don't do this on a windy day, without bungees on both doors.

yes the “passenger” side doors. As Stan said, the back doors swing all the way to almost 180 deg. But I cant make the side doors to open more that 90deg. What thing do I need to pull?

This is exactly why I got a slider.

I find that the front doors don't open enough. The front doors on my old Astro opened much wider.
