Here are the nice new frame brackets to mount the sleeper box.
NOTE: I'm not happy with the compound of the rubber mounts. So, I'm going to try something else.
One of the front mounts for the sleeper box.
Closer view of the rubber mount on top of the new bracket.
The new rear mounting bracket with a center rubber mount.
I had Kevin remove the top back part of the crossmember to allow the box to sit lower, without having to cut or damage the support on the sleeper box.
Kevin added in a nice thick piece of angle iron to keep the strength in the crossmember and still allow the box to sit lower.

Even though it is not finished, I like how it looks.
I like how it looks so far.
I still have to take it all apart. But, that will have to wait. I need to use the truck this summer.
Things I need to still get done:
I have to have the flatbed sandblasted and coated.
I need to have the new mounting bracket for the sleeper box cleaned up and power coated.
At some point, I want to have the sleeper box painted white to match that truck cab and continue the stripes onto the sleeper box.
I also have to do complete the new layout, that I want, for the inside the sleeper box
This is how it might look, while I use it this summer. That is if they lift the travel restrictions. Grin

Wow. Look at you go.

Thank you.
Yep - Look at me... At 60, in the heat of the summer, working on a gravel laneway, while recovering from a lung infection that started the first week of March and had me in an out of the hospital. GRIN & LOL
Plus weak at times due to poor breathing and/or lack of oxygen.
Look at me.... A car guy who still must work on his projects. LOL Ha ha ha
If you find yourself in a Pic and Pull: (I'm willing to pay a finders fee - for the right console, in good shape, that I'm able to buy.)
Now, If I can only find the correct CENTER CONSOLE to help complete my build and make it easier and nicer to use.
Here is what I need and I've been looking for for months.

If they lift the travel restrictions, I need to use this setup this summer.
My goals once the snow is gone and it is warms up enough to work outside are: (not in any order)
1. Replace the box mounts with harder rubber mounts.
2. Seal the box and cab (I've already ordered some sample bulb seals to try and figure which ones will work best)
3. Fix the oil cooler lines. (Last year I purchased Aircraft clamps. They are much nicer than automotive ones.)
4. Change the oil and filter for summer use (might go with Synthetic Oil from now on - so I won't have to change it.)
5. Change the transmission fluid and filter
6. Change the differential fluid
7. Try to hook up the AC unit in the sleeper box.
8. If I can get #7 done - I'll have the leaky valve in the AC fix and charge the AC.
9. Last but not least. Fix the high pitch exhaust leak at highway speeds that drives me nut.
BTW - Since 2018 I've wrote in, a number of times, asking Driveway Rescue for help; to see if they could/would help with some of this to get this build done faster than on my budget and time frame alone. Grin & lol

Found a Center Console. It arrived yesterday.
Not the right color. But happy just to have one to be able to use it.
Finally found a center console. It's not the right color. But I'm happy to have one I can use.
The center console needed that extra length on top to fit the longer/deeper engine cover.

I hate the console and plan to get rid of it. I don't like how it obstructs my movement around the cabin.

Update:
The sample Bulb Seal kit arrived. They sent 12 different ones.
When it stops raining and is warm outside, I will try to figure out if any of them will work to help seal the cab and the sleeper box.
