MAF sensor isn't reading on the scanner, have you unplugged it, if not try that and see if it makes any change.

Also, the DC reading at idle is about 2.4v and apparently it should be around 1v. Increasing RPM moves up but not much. I sprayed isopropyl alcohol on the sensor to clean it and tomorrow will check the numbers again. Given the findings, does it look like it needs replacing?

Throttle and MAF are both pegged zero. I think you have a wiring harness fault.

I think you mean MAF.
Lbs is too coarse of a measurement. Try grams.
You've already started a separate topic about your MAF sensor called "MAF sensor fuse?" , so I'll answer there.

Since it's specific to one cylinder, you'll want to inspect the spark plug, and try things like swapping ignition coils and fuel injectors with another working cylinder.
when in doubt, punching your trouble codes into the website obd-codes.com provides excellent troubleshooting steps.

P0308 is misfire in cylinder 8, which can have many causes.

I swapped plug, wire and coil from the cylinder next door and the problem is still there. I also verified that injector 8 is getting 12v and the repeated ground signal from the computer. I guess all that is left is swap injectors.. I thought that running the engine on carb cleaner for almost an entire can would have cleaned everything(the injector is clicking with the engine running).
Also, I don't have a way to check fuel pressure yet. Will do that when I get a gauge.
