Didn't notice the date. Sorry. I get too excited when I can actually help someone with my experiences.

Default ProAir in Elkhart Indiana

In my research, I found that ProAir in Elkhart Indiana did many of these conversion van retrofits.
Today, October, 2021 they are still a viable company and have an online presence.
I found a thorough maintenance part, service and repair manual at:

https://www.proairllc.com/pub/media/...ion_manual.pdf

Hope this helps others in the same predicament...
Cheers

I had some issues with this in a 2002 because the parking brake cable was a tad too short.

It would grab and lock up the right rear wheel under hard braking, and sometimes going down the road you would get a vibration from that wheel, which would go away if you applied the brakes. The solution was to just back off the adjustment on the left side where the front cable connected a little bit each time. I can only presume the cable is made to stretch.

I also find metallic shoes will grab and lock where organic (or ceramic, if they're disc pads) won't do so.

Since somebody bumped this I thought I'd mention to help somebody else down the road.
