Default New owner of an old cargo van

Howdy all! New-to-cargo guy here, an 2005 Express 2500. Purchased it last week and started tearing into it over the weekend. And, of course, ended tearing my hair out instead. As typical, stuck on the simple, starting thing; getting the damn tire off.

I've chased: penetrating fluid, beating, more fluid, jacking down on a 2x4 on inside of tire, driving around the block three times and propane torch. Nothing, not a budge. What's a guy to do? Finally dawned on me today, is that actually a lock or safety on the hub? Fronts don't have that, nor any replacement hubs I've found.

Any other tricks to try?

The not so bad side.

Oh..., well, needed a new windshield anyway.

Yep, someone worked.

Ah, bonus stuff. And as I learned later, a nice layer of dirt and kitty litter. Pretty sure this was an auto shop junk runner.

Here's the..challenge, rear tire.

the wheel rust bonds to the hub so....I have used a block of wood (2x4 long enough to get a good swing) and a 3 pound hammer in the past. work from the underside and hammering outbound set the block on the edge of the steel wheel and pound with hammer. crude but works

I've been hammering from the outside, I'll try inside today.
