Hey guys after a very short 5 1/2 month wait the new van finally came in. I wanted to post a thread on the build. I've got a ton of stuff planned.


Here's some pics of the van and the newly installed shelving. It only took three trips to the upfitters to get the shelving package right.

 

Here are the options I ordered on the van:
- Flex Fuel 6.0
- 145 amp alternator
- Heavy duty locking differential
- Power windows and door locks
And here are some of the mods I have planned:
- Composite headlight conversion (thanks to help from you guys)
- Go Rhino 3000 series brush guard (center tubes only)
- Strobe lights everywhere
- 5% window tint
- Weather tech vent visors
and on the inside:
- Pioneer in dash
- Cdt component speakers front and rear power by audio pipe amps
- HDC 312 Subwoofer powered by audio pipe
- In dash switches with led lighting.


If y'all can think of anything else let me know. also, whats your opinion on painting the wheels black?

 

Heres some of the stuff I got done on the van this weekend. We got the double din in, Pulled all the wiring for speakers and stobes, installed sound mat on the floor, installed the component speakers and a voltage gauge. Hopefully next weekend I can get all the power wires ran, trailer hitch installed, dual battery installed and the sub and rear speaker boxes built.

 

Van looks to be in good condition, you got a good one. I'd definitely get some tint on it too, and power windows and locks are must now.
