no air from rear vents but blower is working...
kind of confused here....if you feel the air stream coming out of the vertical plastic piece above the blower its strong and cold but at the 2 sets of front air vents almost nothing is coming out....am i missing something? i didnt see any obstructions
No exact make, model and year provided the closest idea I have is the same as above. Some flavor of issue with the rear blend door.
Assuming it’s in a van you could set the fan to the lowest speed and have someone change the setting from full upper vent to full lower vent while putting your ear to the air box area and listening for motor actuations. Engine not running for the most quiet scenario. If you can hear a motor then you know it has power. It should make audible closing and opening sounds. Clicks and pops type sounds indicate broken gears, actuators, linkages, etc. you’ll have to troubleshoot from there.

It may be an issue with the Blend Doors. The OEM plastic parts historically break; for further information, please check out our American made replacement parts @ Blend Door USA
