Default No low beams

Hello I have a 2007 Chevy Express van 1500 and I lost my low beams. I checked all the fuses and relays and they all are good. Somebody suggested I replace the BCM so I went and bought a refurbished one on eBay, plugged it in and strangely enough I got my low beams but I also got a steady on security light and my radio shows "LOC". If I reinstall the original BCM, I will have security light go off and radio will come back on but I won't have my low beams. The van starts right up with either BCM except for the weird things that happen with the lights and the radio and the security light. I will appreciate anyone who has knowledge in this area who is willing to share them with me so I can get my work van running properly again. Thank you so much. Franco.

Welcome from Florida. You will need to reprogram the radio to to match the new BCM. This video from Youtube should help.

The replacement BCM needs to be programmed to your vehicle
