No signal to fuel pump relay
I have a 1997 G series van conversion with a 5.7 L engine. Fuel pump is good because I checked it by jumping the terminals. It's getting spark. Even tried jumping the fuel pump while cranking the engine and it STILL didn't fire.
Had my father cycle the key so I could check to see if there's a signal being sent to the relay and got nothing. I'm wondering If the injector is firing inside the intake and if there is a way to check it. Which fuse is for the injector? Possible bad ECU? Rural gauge is all the way over past the "F" mark. Any help on where to start is greatly appreciated as we need this running before mid November. We are going on a trip through the Rockies
FYI - my father complained about it running ****ty before it completely stop running. I hope this will provide a clue as to what it could be.
