I'm simply pointing out that this owner has textbook symptoms of a vehicle with triggered anti theft system. They bear zero resemblance to a power on lamp test.

Ya got me. I did not memorize all the exact years that each little feature was added or removed. Sue me.
There are vehicles, well into the 2000's, that still had TV cables. Even ones with electronic transmissions.
I don't have a collection of vans in my yard.
