Which section would be better for her question? Let me know and I can move it to that section.

@73shark
Judging from the title of the post, it belongs in the Equinox section.

I agree but the title of this thread is Paint Issues which is what she is talking about.

I see. So I should go post about my Savana brakes issues in the Equinox forum if the title says brake issues?

Good grief. The answer is no because it makes no sense. If you have Equinox issues then you ask other Equinox owners because that's where you get the most accurate help. Full size vans peel on the roof and hood, not side doors. These tend to be issues specific to certain models or auto plants. Just like the peeling blue Trax.

Bad when the admins can't put a vehicle specific post in the vehicle specific section.

All the time people come here from Google where they searched their problem and they never read much past that, they sign in and post and start asking about it, sometimes they revive ancient threads to do it. That's all stuff a Mod has to sort out. Some of it could be fixed, like setting threads to lock after so many months, but other stuff has to be fixed by someone directly.

Since the OP never came back to either this thread or another thread in the Equinox section, I saw no reason to move it. However since it seems to be a real thorn in your sides, I will move the post to the Equinox section.

You should contact IB if you're interested in becoming a moderator on this forum. I'm sure they're always looking for involved members to help out. 👍😊

I'm not that worried about it, if somebody else wants to look unprofessional that's their choice.
