Hello all. Ive been looking for the rear a/c block off kit for my 99 express 3500. Anyone have any leads please. Seems like a rear line has a leak, and I dont need air in the rear since its a work vehicle. Just cant find the kit anywhere for that specific year. Van has the 454 if that makes a difference. Thanks!!

 

I installed a rear block off kit on a 2000 3500 with a 5.7 two years ago. Finding a kit for 96 - 2002 was more difficult than for later year models. I found a kit on eBay. Another option is to replace the low pressure hose and the high pressure hose with respective part numbers for the same year/engine model without rear AC. If you're opening the AC system, consider replacing the accumulator and orifice tube while you're in there.
