Default rear window defrost cable

Somehow one of the defrost ribbon cables going from the door to the back window was either cut or has broken. It is NOT detached from the glass. It looks like most windows don't come with the cable attached, and having problems finding just the cable. Every search about the cable and/or repair is about the lines in the glass or attaching the cable back to the glass but not repairing a broken (flat) cable. I can't find a parts diagram that shows the cable either.

Does anyone have any ideas on either finding a replacement or a repair for this cable?

In case it helps picture of a good cable (not the damaged one) included. Damaged cable is broken/cut about where the third arrow from the bottom of the picture is pointing.

Thanks
