Not in the Express as per factory. The switches are in the seat and they are separate. There is even multiple components to the switches themselves that people seem to sell separately. I also note that there is a difference in actual seat parts, either power or manual. I have not determined what that difference is, but it may just be a slit in the foam and a slit in the vinyl for the wires to pass through and the switch assembly to mount.
