30,000 km shaking steering loosing control
The dealer said that every thing normal but they dont find the problem .

 

Try a different dealer.

 

Broken belt in tire,look for bulge? maybe rotate them,see if wobble moves to rear?

 

Your dealer is broken Hopefully, there is a replacement nearby.

I'm also thinking it's a tire. And it may not be visible. But checking for balance will tell.

 

Does the shaking vary with speed?

 

i own a bunch of 2500 vans and they are prone to steering wobble..... if you crest a small hill they will wobble or if you stab the brakes they will wobble......it is usually caused by the steering center link twisting and causing the tires to pull in and out and the fight each other trying to get back to center....the link twisting is caused by worn or loose idle arm and pitman arm joints.....look for those to be your problem....also check your toe on your alignment......that with worn joints is a recipe for the infamous steering shake....

 

I find it hard to believe that amount of wear at 30,000 km (18,000 miles).

Tires can be an issue when the belts separate from an impact. It's somewhat rare, and doesn't always show. But it can happen.

 

Yep,tire belt, but I'm sure others have seen idler arms give out prematurely,worth a push and pull on it?
