Show off your van...pictures please!
1989' Chevy G20 5.0ltr. Monogram series with 101,000 miles, I purchased this van in 1994' with 70,000 mi.
I chased the mice out and in the past months replaced water pump, timing chain & cover, new pulley harmonic & belt, cleaned original radiator like new, hoses, thermostat all new distributor, wires, plugs, coil, EGR, new tank sending unit and pump, new headman headers with dual stainless tubing exhaust.
Removed rust from stabilizer arm added new bushings, have a rust hole in body fix this weekend. Sealed door gaskets & window gaps with silicone, use wax paper on door gaskets to get molded shape.
The BIG issue now is to remove the windshield to remove all that rust and replace with stainless steel channel, WOW tough one.
Original engine runs smooth and trans works well so far.

Here is my new 1993 Mark III wheelchair conversion van. It has a lift and auto door openers and we will be installing a Ricon 6 way power drivers seat base and hand controls.

This is our 1990 G20 which although we enjoy driving it is now going to be repainted and LPG conversion for economy and also a bit of titivation to make it look better. We love it and in Norfolk UK it gets some really good feedback and looks when we go anywhere in it.

I bought this van for $500 on a whim and have driven it from Arizona to southern California and then home to Galveston, TX. So far so good mechanically with a 5.7 V8 and 4L80E transmission with 231,000 miles on the odometer but not sure if its the original engine. Cold dual A/C and the interior is 8.5 out of 10 for a 22 year old van!
