Steering drift in '95 G30 van
#11
Just got my 94 G20 Conversion Van back from shop. He replaced all 4 shocks w/ KYB quality brand. And refit both rear axles with new bearings. Checked the rear end and re-lubed that, Checked the front end alignment. Adjusted my new brakes (free of charge). And adjusted the steering gear-box, eliminating some slop that was there.
I'll be taking it on the highway in the net few days and report back. Already it feels soo much better. I don't get that queasy feeling steering it above 50 mph. I'll see how it feels at proper hwy speed.
Question - for a 94 G20 Conversion beastie, can anyone state their opinion about best tire brand/spec for this tank? ... thanks
Also also - does a front end air-dam help with handling too?
