Default Steering knuckle went south!

Anyone on here know where I can find a new or even used drivers side steering knuckle for my van? New to me 1995 g30 box van dually. Lower ball joint didn't get torqued down properly last time it was replaced and wallowed out the hole for the lower ball joint. Turns out part is discontinued. No boneyards in my area have one and eBay comes up with nothing. Going to make a temp/permanent fix using jb weld with a new ball joint for the time being but I will sleep better at night if I can find a replacement somehow.

Have you tried car-part.com? It's basically the inventory system for lots of different wrecking yards. It's as good/bad as those individual yards so good luck. Also some people would call that a spindle. Knuckle is the proper term but spindles were pressed into knuckles a long time and the name just stuck so make sure you search both.

try Row52.com They are another nation wide wrecking yard site and you can pay someone to pick/pull/ship to you. Good luck!

LKQ is a bigger corporate wrecker with lots of locations. You could try them too. They don't normally do stuff this "old" but you never know.

Sometimes you end up calling a dozen or more yards until you get one that both knows what they are talking about and cares about customer service.

So I did end up finding one, and it shipped to me in good condition. I am now running into another problem trying to find parts. This van has heavy duty steering with two idler brackets with a drag link from the steering gear and two v-shaped idler arms. Drivers side pitman arm connects to drivers side idler arm, passenger side idler arm connects to a steering damper. These parts are getting loose and would like to replace with new but the problem is I can't find a single parts diagram for this steering system anywhere in existence! I've searched through all of the 90's chevy and GMC parts diagrams for all light to medium duty fullsize trucks and vans and none of the parts seem to match what's under the front end of this van. The guy I bought it from said it was a rare van, I'm starting to think it's rare because they never documented any of the steering parts on any parts list anywhere

Has anyone seen a setup like this? Where can I go to find parts? It's a flipnose van with independent front suspension. Everything I have searched for does not list an idler bracket at all for this van and the idler arm looks nothing like the one I have.
